Overview
The Cudwells Estate project represents the next chapter in a successful, long-term partnership between JSJ Smart Homes and a discerning client seeking fully integrated, cutting-edge smart home automation. Our team initially completed phase one several years ago, delivering seamless, high-end automation that surpassed expectations. Building on that foundation, the client commissioned this next phase to further enhance and expand the home’s technology, creating an intelligent, convenient, and luxurious living environment.
This phase has focused on implementing advanced lighting, heating and ventilation, security, access control, general automation, data, audio-visual systems, weather and shading automation, power management, and the core automation infrastructure. By combining meticulous design, off-site prefabrication, expert on-site installation, precise system programming, and comprehensive client training, we ensured every component functions flawlessly within a unified control system.
